Anybody else have a worthless pokerroom WPT qualifier final ticket?
I had no way of knowing that my $420.00 tournament entry ticket which I won on Pokerroom.com (that expires 1-16-06) would be worthless after last Saturday. They never mentioned that it was the last day to use the ticket. They said they had a few callers about this. Did this happen to anyone else here?

Sorry about the rather abrupt change of venues (hence the change in the qualifying structure). You will receive an offer to either trade the ticket in for cash or upgrade it to the new $620+30 ticket for $200, thus making a $30 on the deal. Sincerely, Rod. It's nice to see that some poker rooms do have integrity regarding these situations. Please see my post regarding bet365poker about this exact same thing! Not the same great outcome.

So you won something worth $420 and PokerRoom.com is willing to give you $420 for it?
The math guys at Bet365 need to get together with the math guys at PokerRoom.com and figure out WTF they are doing. Great work PokerRoom.com! Anyone that plays at Bet365 is a sucker waiting to be taken.

Having poker rooms reply on forums like this one impresses the hell out of me. It's like aggressive customer service.
On a side note, did you e-mail support about this issue first?
