Default Newbie Question About Hourly Rate

I'm new to this particular forum, and I was just wondering what is the AVERAGE hourly rate of an above average player playing 5/10 NL. I am currently playing SNG's and I chat in the SNG forum, but am planning on switching to cash games (not quite ready for the 5-10's I don't think) because I believe it will be more profitable. I'm assuming that the rate is anywhere from 8 BB-10 BB an hour based on what I've read, but I was just wondering if that is an accurate assessment in the opinion of people who have more experience than I in this particular variant of the game. Any help or projections would be appreciated...Thanks in advance...

Default Re: Newbie Question About Hourly Rate

you can expect good players to make anywhere between 0-5bb/100 hands. Im sure some players make more, but they prob. just running hot. Hard to beat the games for more than that.
