Default bonus trouble at captaincookscasino, etc.

just got this horrible message from casinokingdom. was doing captaincooks and casinokingdom both. had signed up and deposited, but not bet at casinoclassic yet. this was my first ever casino. didn't think they had a problem with autoplaying blackjack. i only saw warnings of that here about CON, etc. how should i respond to this? we have limited time to clear these bonuses. why would they assume i'm just in it for $ and not that i'm in a huge rush to clear them, and therefore do fast autoplay?

Hi there Chester,

Thanks for the email.

You have been found to be skimming our promotions and using them for financial gain or a means of income rather then for entertainment purposes. You WILL have your deposits refunded but anything above the deposit amount will be retained by the casino.

I apologise for the inconvenience.

Fair thee well,

Don't *&$% with the man with the bat. I'll mace you good!

Seriously, the way this place has gotten whored lately, some kind of crackdown was inevitable. Hence the raised WR, but that clearly didn't slow anyone down.

Usually a casino will just bar you from future bonuses (like Casino Rewards and CON), but they also reserve the right in their T&Cs to pull crap like this; you just don't see it very often becuause it obviously makes them look very bad.

Try pitching a bitch at www.casiomeister.com. You probably won't be able to hit any of these casinos again, but you might be able to get your original bonus reinstated.

Why would you send them this email now instead of waiting a day or two for a little cover? It's like walking into their office waving a flag and wearing a T shirt that says "BONUS WHORE! WHERE'S MY FREE MONEY?" All you did was make the good friar decide to keep the free money.

Maybe I am missing something. What made them keep your funds?

Could you please tell us exactly what you did? From 1st deposit through to the email.

I hope you do not mind, but I think it is important that we know.

Answer me this –

You are a medium gambler. You play at your local casino once, maybe twice a month, more during the holidays. I will Atlantic City for this example.

Every time you go down, you play 7-10 hours a day at the $25 BJ table, sometimes $50. You like 2 or 3 casinos, but tend to play at 9 out of 10 times at the Borgata. Why? You like it there the best, mostly because they comp you like it’s their job (because it is).

Now, every time you go to AC, you bring $1000 and refuse to lose more. 9 out of 10 times, you come back with more than $1000, plus your comps. But you never win more than $1200 on top. What does AC do?

THEY INVITE YO BACK! THEY NEVER SAY GET OUT.

I think you get the point. You are not taking them for 20K a pop. If a bonus “smart shopper” is taking advantage of the online “comps,” what is wrong?

just wish they saw it that way. i'm about ready to retire from casinos after only 2 days. sucks. what a waste of time this was. you're right- i broke no rules. they provide the autoplay, they advertise the bonus, they offer blackjack, and i used their own strategy chart, unchanged. ridiculous. just that one part of their T&C that says they can do whatever they want. so i guess they aren't in the wrong, since they have that clause. pisses me off though.
