Problem with Neteller debit card/ first withdrawal

So I recently got my neteller ATM card and loaded it with $100 to make a test.. found a good machine and requested some value, and a screen with currency conversions appeared.. while I was reading it, time expired. When I tried to withdraw again, it would ask how much would I like to withdraw, I would type something, and this screen of how much to withdraw would appear again, in a loop. I was not able to withdraw any money.
I tried their live chat, and they told me to mail the debitcards sector and so I did, but they still did not reply, maybe they dont work on weekends.
Any experiences on this? Is this normal? Also, I checked my debit balance today and it shows $0.
