Is there any chart for blind stealing?
I am trying to learn more about blinds stealing. Is there a chart or something with ideas on hands to raise preflop (FIRST TO ACT) from Button, Co and so on? This keeping in mind the game would be Party 0.5/1 with oponents that overdefend their blinds? Thank you. |

Re: Is there any chart for blind stealing?
Against people who overdefend and play poorly after the flop, you can steal liberally since you figure to have an edge postflop (plus position). Against people who overdefend and play well postflop, you should only steal with your better hands. Against people who underdefend, you should again steal at will but be prepared to play a Lee Jones game postflop if they call you. Here is a list of hands that I might play from the button, and how they fare against 2 random hands....
equity (%) win (%) / tie (%) Hand 1: 43.1373 % [ 00.42 00.01 ] { AA-55, AKs-A2s, KQs-K5s, QJs-Q8s, JTs-J8s, T9s-T8s, 98s, AKo-A5o, KQo-K7o, QJo-Q9o, JTo-J9o, T9o } Hand 2: 28.4362 % [ 00.27 00.01 ] { random } Hand 3: 28.4265 % [ 00.27 00.01 ] { random } That is about 33% of all hands. Maybe toss in a few others at random, but that looks like a good place to start from. Brad |

AA-22, AKs-A2s, KQs-K7s, QJs-Q8s, JTs-J9s, T9s, AKo-A2o, KQo-K9o, QJo-QTo, JTo
Just a quick guess. Sometimes more, sometimes less. |

Re: Is there any chart for blind stealing?
Nice.. now, how would this be affected by the position we are? No much difference at all? Would the blind stealing hands have to better if we are at earlier position? I Have no idea if i should be stealing from say MP3 or MP2 first to act with a K9 or a pair of sixes. |
