Default Set -- call or raise river bet?

2/5 NL on pokerroom... in MP with 66... UTG+1 raises to 20, player to my right calls, I call... flop 6 8 2 rainbow... UTG bets 30, MP calls, I raise to 60 (stupid minraise? wanted to build the pot but keep them in), UTG folds and MP calls. Turn is 3 completing the rainbow... MP checks, I bet 100, he calls (?)... River is Q... He bets 75. MP has me covered and I have ~200 left at this point. Is this an obvious push?

sometimes if i'm absolutely sure it's a blocking bet (this is pretty damn near sure) then i'll just min raise. the point of a blocking bet is to fold to a raise so they won't call a push, but people LOVE to call min raises on their blocking bets, beats the hell out of me why.
