Hell, if I ran a poker forum, I would make new members agree to these two conditions to be members.

I'm sure that they just want the government to monitor everybody's computer so they can make sure they don't play poker... or any other form of gambling ... or visit pornography website ... or websites promoting the gay lifestyle.. or abortions ... or Devil worship. And if your're not worshipping Jesus, you're worshipping the Devil whether you realize it or not... Or America hating, socialist websites like MoveOn.org. See, nothing to worry about.
