Cashout to Firepay is Possible?

On Firepay's website, it says in order to transfer from a merchant to Firepay, just tell them your Firepay email address. Does this mean if you call Party you can just tell them to do it for you? Has anyone ever tried this?

Party has a Firepay cashout option when you cash out. You just can't deposit with it.
