Turn?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (7 handed) converter

MP2 ($30.30)
CO ($37.20)
Button ($16.50)
SB ($8.55)
BB ($35.50)
Hero ($41.50)
MP1 ($27.30)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1</font>, MP1 calls $1, MP2 calls $1, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>.

I'd probably limp here in general. Not a great hand to build the pot with out of position under this structure. I'd generally rather keep the pot small whilst encouraging hands like Ax, KQ, QJ etc to limp behind.

Flop: ($3.35) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $3</font>, MP1 folds, MP2 calls $3.

On that texture flop against 2 ops, I don't see the value of betting. You're likely a favourite to get action.

Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 bets $8</font>, Hero ???

Why the question mark?
