value bet river?

not too tight table, not too loose
players have done nothing spectacular, not overly tricky or bad or anything really. Decent number of middle pairs have been played aggressively. Good table for a value bet on the river?

I don't think typical Party UTG+1 would have re-raised flush draw here on the turn.

looks like a standard bet to me.. with a comfortable read i can 3-bet this.. but most of the time i expect him to call and take it down

If by "comfortable", you mean that you know the guy is a complete maniac who hates $, then OK. But 99.9% of the time I am not 3-betting this river. Hero already let him know he has 2-pair beat by 3-betting the turn and leading the river.

lol yeah i agree this is hardly a 3-bet most of the time.. i've been playing with so many complete maniacs tonight.. comfortable was a bad word.. i should have made maniac clear
