Prima $ or Euros, same players?

So Prima sites let you choose your currency, one you select dollars, your only option is to play games in dollars. Does this mean there are also games on the same network going on in different currencies, that I can't see or join? The reason I ask is I prefer Omaha, specifically PL08, and I've been told the game is more popular in Europe. Does anyone know if there are PL08 games on Prima sites which are not $ games and should I sign up for an affiliate using a different currency to access these games?
