Default Limp reraised the absolute minimum

Stars 5.50, 27 players, 8 left, sng pays 5, blinds and antes = 100/200/25

UTG is chip leader with 8.5k
BB is hero, I have 6k and I hold QQ

UTG limps, MP calls, I raise to 600 more. UTG limp rr minimum. He is a straight forward player.

What do I do now? Reraise? Call?

hate when that happens!

your stack is obviously in pretty good standing. i don't know that i could push back here (if MP called as well, a push might be a more attractive option).

i'd call and take it to the flop. of course baring a perfect flop, you're looking at dumping another t1000'ish on a non-over flop - sadly folding to a reraise from AA/KK holder.

(not sure what stacks the others have...this option will likely leave you with 4k. dunno if how bad that hurts)

Call, and check-fold when you don't hit your set.
