that one is tough. its hard to put him on a hand better than yours that he just limped with. he could have 99/88. 55/44 are possible but pretty doubtful. A5 is definitely possible. 67 also possible. i say a fold is good, too risky for me to put that much money on it, but if i was a little looser, i do think you're probably 50/50 on whether he has you beat or not.

Wow, that is really rough. I say he either has 67 or A5. Your thinking here should probably be asking yourself... if he has already made his straight on the turn, would he be able to stop himself from pushing your re-raise, seeing the flush draw on the board?

Moreover, I do not think he has a set of 8s or 9s, simply because that board is way too dangerous to smooth call only a 2 dollar raise on the flot.

In the end, I probably put him on 67 and fold. But I would love to have any read, because its such a close situation.

I'd raise the flop more.

I'd pot bet the turn, then if he still reraises, I let it go ... thinking he has a set or a straight and has me beat.

Given the way you played it, I make a crying call on the river. 99 is possible, 67 or a busted straight or flush draw. 10 J diamonds maybe?
