Default Too aggresive?

Was I too aggresive with my turn bet? I fealt like my opponent was pretty weak and that I had a lot of fold equity. Does my over-bet make it look too much like a draw?

I think this is fine. C/R would've been alright too.

A "normal" pot sized raise would be $30 or so. Since he has only $52 left, I like the push on the turn semibluff. If he calls, which you suspect he wont, you most likely still have 15 outs. I like the play.

Would you also push in this position with a made hand instead of a draw? I would. So, no I dont think the size of the bet gives away that you are on a draw.

Given the passive play of most players at this level, I feel that there's a reasonable chance that in addition to his A, 9 and [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] outs, a K or Q could win the hand for him, so it's more likely that he has 21 outs. I think this hand was all in all well played.

Thanks for the responses guys... Villain had J9 and was quite a bit ahead of me on the turn, although there is no way he could have known this. River came 9d giving me the flush.

What were the suits of his J9? I think you were probably a CF.

He had offsuit 97, no diamonds. What is a CF?
