I've sent their customer service 2 e-mails and have received no response in over 48 hours. I also phoned their customer service and could barely understand their thick UK accent. I still haven't received my 100.00 initial deposit bonus. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]

I hafta concur about the Bet365 CS...nothing but good experiences with them.

what happened to their raked hands counter on the front page, i cant find my raked hands.... and when i go to menu then raked hands, it says i havent played any, which i did...

It usually takes a little time for the raked hands to show up on the menu option...give it ~1/2 hour... [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
