if you had real information about this company it would become possible to assess their value, until then its not.

If someone really cared to find out about this, this is what one would do.

Search Google for publishing acquisitions. There will be news articles about large publishers purchasing specialty publishers. Some of these will mention the specialty publisher's revenues and the price paid for them. Note this multiple.

Now, find some data about book sales for certain Amazon/B&N etc. online ranks. This will be a guesstimation, but you can ballpark whether a book is selling 1,000 copies or 100,000 copies. One could get better data here by going to a few Border's, B&N, etc. and asking about 2+2 book sales. Come up with a rough estimate of what you think 2+2 is doing in revenues.

Multiply revenues by multiple above and you'll have a ballpark range of what the company is worth.

It's EASILY worth $20 million, IMO, without even looking at financials.. I would take the over of o/u $20 million and win the bet.
