While I think he would cap AK, KK and QQ most of the time, I feel that AK caps significantly more than the other two hands.

[ QUOTE ]
do you think he thinks you can beat a king. I would not . Hence if I had one or AQ I would bet. would you check KJ or AQ with this action.

[/ QUOTE ]

I am not calling the flop and turn with any hands worse than AQ. And with AQ I am probably raising the turn. If he is ahead of me still (with just a pair) it is because I have AJ - and I am certainly not calling a bet on the end with that hand. Yet he still bets into me. I think the only hands he plays this way are AK, KQ, and 77. But since he didn't cap preflop, I think AK is less likely.

I really don't think a good player checkraises another TAG on that flop with KJ, KT, or AQ. These are all hands that want to get to a showdown cheaply, and not scare me out if I have a pocket pair less than Q's. And if they do c/r that flop for whatever reason, I don't think they fire again on the river.

This is really, really weak.

Just because someone is a good player doesn't mean they flop top two every hand.

Raise that turn like a mother fucker.

So what hand pays off on the river? I think most good players can find a fold here with AQ/KJ type hands. I'd rather raise the turn, but given that you didn't, I don't see much value in a river raise.

Agreed. This is the perfect hand to wait till the river to raise.
