At a $22 I call this pretty quickly. I mean, seriously, he's limped from MP with this hand and now likes it so much he's decided to push with it, despite the early position limper? This is almost never AA/KK and very rarely is it AK either. You're more likely to see some crap pair like 77/88 (they love these) or AJ, sooted or not.
