Default Penalties on punts
Does anybody know where a person can look up what percent of punts have "illegal block in the back" penalties? It seems very very very high this year.

Every year, both college and pro.

They must be WANTING to call it, almost every borderline call they call it.

Kickoffs too.

I don't mind refs being harsh on special teams. Anyone who has played it knows that it is by far the most brutal place on the football field.

I was actually thinking about making this post last night. It's annoying really, but I don't know who's to blame, the refs over zealous? or the playes?
