Default sharebuilder

I was thinking about doing some online trading with my monthly poker winnings. I'm not a great player but I do alright for playing part time. Most months around 400-700 bucks. I think I might get start on sharebuilder and dabble around for a while.
Any thoughts or suggestion / would you recommend this site?

If you are looking to do your own homework and build up very small positions in individual stocks with automatic monthly investments, then these plans make some sense.

If you are simply trying to achieve market returns and let someone else do the homework, it is substantially cheaper to setup a periodic investment plan into no-load mutual/index funds at a regular broker.
