Default computer illiterate question about content blocker

The computers at the hospital all have content blockers that prevent me from accessing 2+2. The blocker is called Websense, I believe. How do I get around this?

Thanks

I'm a complete computer moron. I don't even understand what that means.

If I do this thing, how easy will it be to detect that I am doing it?

Read 2+2 from home. By far the safest way.

Using a proxy basically means a site will connect to 2+2 for you and send you the data. So, it looks like your connected to site x but really browsing 2+2.

If you don't use a proxy with an encypted connection and anti-caching features, then you are leaving evidence. Most free proxy's will not give you these features.

I use megaproxy.com at work, however it has a (fairly small) subscription fee.
