Default Somewhat interesting 50-100 hand

This hand happened early Monday morning between Mahatma and 2Yung2Fast. I was railbirding along with 900 other people, so if I get the details wrong, jump right in and correct me.

Mahatma: ~$28k
2Yung2Fast: excess of $50k

2Yung raises to $300. Mahatma calls.

Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (or some other insignificant small card)

2Yung bets $1800 or so. Mahatma calls.

Turn: off-suit T.

2Yung bets $2000. Mahatma raises to $4000. 2Yung calls.

River: Off-suit brick.

2Yung checks. Mahatma bets $11,000. 2Yung calls.

Mahatma shows 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] for one pair, tens. 2Yung shows JJ and wins the pot with a set of jacks.

I thought Mahatma could have taken a few different lines here, but 2Yung was essentially stuck playing it the way he did. Thoughts?

I think it's really hard to say because I'm sure a lot of this was influenced by the last 50 hands they played together and what mode they were in. I don't think you can much out of analyzing 1 heads up hand between two people. Give us a stack of 20 or 30 and maybe we can get somewhere....

That being said, a set heads up is basically the virtual nuts. Despite this being a scary board, I doubt 2yung2fast is going anywhere here no matter what bet mahatma throws out.

I think so. The board is draw rich and I don't want to give Mahatma a cheap card.

2y2f not getting more money in on the turn is ridiculous.

Do you favor a check-raise or a lead, hoping to get raised? My first thought when I read the hand was check-raise, but after considering the stack depths, I'm not so sure...

why exactly did yung have to play it this way?

he could have bet more on the turn, or reraised the turn.

i dont think you can check this turn, id fire 3/4 the pot at him and see if he hangs himself, trying to push me off AK or AA.

the river bet seems very odd, although I guess he's certain his T is no good.
