What the hell kind of easy class is this? All my classes to date would require a week of solid reading to get through all the materials. That said, I've got a tax final on Friday I've not even cracked the book for. Ugh. I did attend about half the time though...

Does your professor put old exams for check-out in the library? That's a good way to get a feel for how screwed you are.

Default Exam report

All right,

so I went to bed at around 4 am, hoping to get about 4 hours of sleep. I tossed until about 6, then zonked right out for about 2 hours. I made it to the exam with time to spare.

The format was what I expected, one drafting excercise (draft a few charitable trusts, etc.), one question about duties owed by trustees to beneficiaries, and one policy question. All together, I'd give it about a 5/10 for difficulty. The drafting and the policy went fairly well, but the duties question was a bit weak. I ended up getting lost in a somewhat obscure argument about the relevance of pre-Confederation decisions from English courts and their applicability to modern trust law, but somewhat steered myself back on course.

If I had to guess, I'd put my performance at about a B or B-. Definitely not an A, but definitely not a C either.

Ok, off to bed.

Do you consider that a success or not?
