same credit card info at skins

I recently canceled my Empire account so that i could reopen it with rakeback. This has been done, except I'm having an issue when trying to setup my account info with Empire. If i try to make a deposit with my normal credit card, it says that they've already got that info on record. If I try neteller it says that the option is not available to me at this time. I feel like this should be pretty simple to setup, but can't seem to see how I should proceed from here. Any tips?
