Default Hit trips on turn! Folded trips on turn :(

Watching hurricane coverage whle 3-tabling, so no real reads

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (8 handed) converter

UTG+1 ($23.50)
Hero ($61.60)
MP2 ($18.97)
CO ($50.65)
Button ($75.06)
SB ($23.55)
BB ($70.15)
UTG ($6.53)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls $0.25, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 raises to $1.1</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls $1.10, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $0.85, Hero calls $0.85.
Easy call. Big stacks on opponents.

Flop: ($4.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
BB checks, Hero checks, MP2 checks, Button checks.

Turn: ($4.50) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
BB checks, Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 bets $2</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $6</font>, BB folds, Hero folds, MP2 calls $15.87 (All-In), Button folds.

Final Pot: $28.37

Pretty standard stuff? Probably could have bet on turn to represent a flush, but it seems it was a good thing i didn't.

this is a good fold. If there were just two of you in the pot, I would be more hesitant, but a bet, then a raise means folding is ok. You should be glad with your fold considering MP2 reraised

Thanks. It was a little depressing because the winner didn't show, but that's poker.

Good laydown IMO. I'd probably fool myself with some fake implied odds / overcounting outs logic and call.

Horrible fold. Let me see if I have this straight. There is 4.50 in the pot. $2 bet, raise to $6 means it is now $6 to you to win 12.50, even if you didn't hit the river. So you only need to be ahead one out of 3 to make this profitable withougt considering implied odds. Your set is good better than 1 out of 3. The fact the initial better pushed is immaterial. You should have been in the pot. More often than not you will be up against AK, with a flush draw, or something similar

he won't have the best hand more than 1/3 of the time at .10/.25 in an unraised pot which is why his fold is good
