Stud/8 tournament hand: trip deuces
When I get reraised on 4th it seems likely that seat 1 has made higher trips. Do I need to find a fold here? Keep going because he might be raising two pair (or maybe I'll boat up and he won't?)

Re: Stud/8 tournament hand: trip deuces
it's a tough situation when a player limps b4 an ace with a big card, as you have to assign some liklihood that they have that pair, rather than w/o the ace where I'd assign more liklihood to 2 suited babies in the hole. nevertheless, you can't muck trips and certainly not a boat unless you see bigger trips, and you also must play it strongly unless he continues to come back at you. it's one of this situations where I believe you're supposed to lose money if in fact he doesn't have 2pair-- similar to holdem where you can't muck kings preflop for fear of aces(w/o an incredible read!) Anyone disagree with this comparison?
