What do you do when someone comes to your table and panhandles?

I guess I'm a sucker but one time on stars i actually loaned someone $2. I was jerking them around for about 15 minutes and finally felt bad and gave them the money. They payed me back 3 days later. I stopped playing stars and when i returned about 3 months later the person was playing $200 NL and winning.

I asked for my 15%....he said to check my account....
