Default TT in LP - betting the river

Villian is weak-tight.

Played an earlier hand against him heads-up w/ A8s and he folding to my river bet.

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop:
3 folds, MP1 calls, 2 folds, CO raises, 3 folds, MP1 calls.

Flop: (5.50 SB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP1 checks, CO bets, MP1 calls.

Turn: (3.75 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP1 checks, CO bets, MP1 calls.

River: (5.75 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
MP1 checks, CO bets, MP1 calls.

Final Pot: 7.75 BB

is this a situation where I should check my stronger hands on the river and bet my weaker/marginal ones?

EDIT: though you probly know this since you have 400+ posts
