Default PLO8 $25 party - 5 hands

Hey everyone. I hope i'm posting this in the right forum.

I've never played O8 or O-hi before. I used to play a lot of hold'em, but haven't played for about two years. I think I was an average player and I'm trying to learn omahah and O8 now that i'm back into playing cards instead of just hold'em (it's a lot different than 2 years ago). anyway, i don't know much about the game except the few articles i've read on the internet and i'm just going to post 4 hands below. a few other hands i played where i had the nuts, i would bet that pot on the turn or river and pick up the pot.

i wasn't really sure how to play any of these hands. also think i'm playing too tight.

comments and suggestions appreciated. thanks.

1st hand - i know i F'd this hand up somewhere. fold to the river bet?
2nd hand - 8c Js Jc 9d - wasn't really sure how to play it
3rd hand - Js Tc Qh Ad - i couldn't figure out how many outs i had to the nut straight quick enough. (i think only 6?)
4th hand - Ad 7d As Th - i think this hand is garbage and it was a bad preflop call
5th hand - Qs Jh Th Js - i think this hand is straight forward, except for the Ace on the turn

the converter is all goofy

All of these hands are one way hands....

Hand 1, I would have folded preflop, middle pairs (or middling cards in general) are pretty useless. You pretty much have to call the river bet, but you are probably beat. Looks like someone may have backed into a high hand from their low draws.

Hand 2, I even consider JJ a pretty middle pair, and it would take something nice to play it (except for free or button limp.) good fold.

Hand 3...

Something is wrong with your notation, you mention you are mp, but you act between the sb and utg....

"SB checks, Hero checks, UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, CO folds, BB checks, SB checks, UTG+2 folds, Hero folds, SB folds, BB checks, MP3 checks, Button checks, BB checks, MP3 checks, Button checks."

that whole thing doesnt make any sense.

well... from here on out doesnt make much sense. I never see where you act, or make any decisions at all.
