I'm not sure that i like my turn and river plays.

i was debating raising the turn and folding to a 3-bet, but i did pay the same amount and went to a showdown.

if a third player was in the hand, i might have raised the turn to get him to fold

fine. the biggest problem with raising the turn and folding is you sacrifice your gutshot. calling a 3-bet would suck.

I would have raised the turn and folded to a 3 bet and checked/folded the river.

What do you put UTG+1 that you should be afraid of ?

Would he limp from UTG with J10s, J10o...

Maybe hands like these are problematic for me, but i may check call the whole way down, but then agains I have a tendency to get weak tight here.

Is this what is called a stop and go? UTG+1 just called the flop raise and then bet into Hero again on the turn.
