Default Inspired by the plane....

Imagine you are suspended hanging on to a rope...

That rope is on a pulley. On the other end and the other side of the pulley is a mass perfectly matching your own weight.

The pulley is a frictionless system.

You start to climb. What happens?

The counterweight and yourself will constently equilize, so you will have extra rope on your end but eventually you will both be at the top of the rope by the pulley.

In a frictionless system you will start the counterweight in an upward motion. It will fly over the top of the pulley, smack you on the head and leave you on the ground dead.

The rope breaks, and you fall into the decorative fountain ass-first. Stan and Ollie help you out, but get pulled in by mistake.
