What do you start with in chips in this one? (the $500)
And are you allowed to wear h-phones at Foxwoods tourneys?

I will likely be there on the 2nd for the $500 trying to polish up for the ME on the 13th. My only problem is I can't get a room for the 13th - 15th! URG!

Read the thread. You start with 1500.

If I remember correctly, wasn't the NEPC T1000 starting stacks and 25-50 antes? Or was it T1500 with 25-50? All I know is that it was 25-50 and it sucked. It was worse than a Party freeroll. The 25-25 starting blinds and 50 minute levels might be enough for me to plunk down half of my returned security deposit in November... Anyone else planning on attending? The only thing that sucks is that they planned it for a Wednesday. WHY??? Most of the people who would compete in this event have day jobs. Instead they have the 7-stud tourneys on Satuday and Sunday...

Sorry, but I don't see anywhere in this thread where it says this tourney starts with 1500 - you ask if the last one was 1500, but never say that that is the case with this one.

Now...YOU go read the thread.

The NEPC one started with 1500 and went 25/50, 50/100. Yeah it was a bad structure.

And yes I'll be there playing for this one.

Any one know what the actual starting chip count is for the $500 NL event at Foxwoods? I can't seem to find the chip counts at their website just the blind structure....

If you look at the Color Brochure link in the World Poker Finals page, you will see that the $500 + $65 starts w/ T1500 and has 50 minute blind levels. It also has the blind structure listed in it - it is actually just the typical Foxwoods tournament structure, which indeed starts at 25-25.

So who else is playing in this event?

I still have my room reservation for that event, just in case something miraculous happens. But unfortunately life and various expenses got in the way, so it looks like I'm skipping it this time around. Best of luck to ya guys!

No one's going to buy shares of me. The only way I can win is if I suck out, didn't you know that? :P

p.s. Only $12.99 for a 0.0003% share of me, w00t!
