Default ...But can they play poker?

this forum gets so serious sometimes i thought i'd throw a fun one out there;

out of all of the politicians and bureocrats currently on the world stage, which do you think would make good poker players? (assuming they knew a bit about the game)
I'd bet Cheney could hold his own.
Rummy? Condi? Kerry? the governator? george tenent? perez musharraf? putin? GWB himself (not the one on the forums, we all know he can't play. just kidding.)? (he is from tex)

my money would be on putin.

Vladimir Putin.

and here is why.

Former KGB Spy. This means he has to know tons about psychology. He would be good to read someones bluffs. I also imagine he would be hard to read.

Tough as nails. Again Former KGB Spy.

The guy is very intelligent, highly trained, and if you piss him off enough he can use his blackbelt martial arts to kill you on the spot.

Without a doubt Rumsfeld...he was an amzing wrestler in HS and college, and you remember how good that wrestler did in the Omaha tourney("I gotta straight"---silence as Lee Watkins smiles widely on the inside)

Rumsfeld would get caught in a bluff, try to continue bluffing his way out of it. He would also overplay his hand, and have a tendency to go on tilt.

Err maybe there would be a record turnout and the GOP would win and continue to hack away at the hispanic vote which will soon swing republican and drive the final nail into old guard liberalism. Oh but we were talking about poker right............

4 more years...4 more years....4 more years.......

listen to the echo isnt it beautiful?? Next time try not running some Patrician Yalie who searchs the world over for billionairesses to fund his ill conceived presidential campaigns.

(White-Old-Male-Harvard/Yale graduates=last 5 Democratic nominees) isnt that ironic for the "umbrella party".

Default It is a very close call .....

... and I cant decide whether to send the Limosine to Bush or Saddam to come to my home game. We do need a whale in this game.

Anybody help me make this decision.

PS I am leaning towards Bush, the final factor being that getting Saddam in my game will bring the ire of the Patriot act on my head.

Pick up Bush, Saddam has no money now. We know Bush is loaded. I imagine Cheney is a rock, but Bush as a LAG.
