Default How do you play Ace-Medium?

I think AJ-A8 are the most difficult Aces to play from any position. It would be educational to see how 2+2ers play them. All questions presume your hole cards are suited.

I didn't see an option for ATs and AJs to raise preflop, only "reraise." I'd raise both of those 4xBB+1/limper if limped to me or folded to me. I wouldn't call a raise with them, however, unless it was a small raise with several other callers before me. I do a lot of raising with these hands, even A9s, if limped to me or folded to me in LP. I don't mess around with them in EP, and limp/fold preflop with the weaker ones in MP (although I do raise first in from MP with ATs & AJs).

Sorry, my poll got long and I had a little difficulty keeping track of my options. Also, when I posted it, some things changed their order/position.

EP is what I'm wondering about most, esp. AJ, A10. Thanks.

Stupid software. I have absolutely ZERO clue how to play no limit and never have, but I have to vote to see results I want to see, thereby skewing the data because my answers will not make sense. Terrible.

The answer to this changes everything. I'm raising almost all in LP, and at least limping in most cases.

All of these are highly dependent on the number of limpers in front of you (which is why you got the 6-max question). If its a really loose/passive table with lots of family pots, I'll limp any suited ace, even from EP, hoping for the nut flush draw.

These questions are absolutely useless without knowing how many players are in the pot.
