Default 11-Good spot to try a steal?

Villian loves to call and had been very lucky. Should I have waited for level 5 or 6?

I don't like this very much, with two short stacks, one much shorter than yourself. This is almost identical to the hand of curtains, and I think a complete is better here, too.
