I just suck:

$400 Buccaneers
$300 Packers
$200 Jaguars
$100 Chargers

Bucs +6 I love the Bucs defense vs. Michael Vick. Plus I think the Bucs running game gets back on track vs. a Falcons defense that can be run on.

GB -4 Brett Favre on MNF, plus a struggling Vikings team that thinks they are playing well.

Jags-4 The Titans offense will really struggle vs. a good Jags D that has been getting a lot of turnovers and I really like Greg Jones to have another monster week.

Chargers -10 The Chargers stop the run well and defend the pass poorly. Of course JP Losman is a QB for the Bills. Last week was only a mirage. He can't hit the broad side of a barn. And it has ben very easy to run against the Bills D. That will mean big trouble.

I'm going for the basement this week so fade away. I know I will be

Can I get in on this, even if I wasn't here from the start of the season?

If I can, my picks are

$400 Panthers -3
$300 Falcons -6
$200 Broncos -13
$100 Browns -2

Panthers because I think that the Bears offense is full of holes (rookie QB, banged up RBs, banged up O Line), and while Urlackers bears have been very strong on D, I think that the Panthers will put an extra effort to seperate themselves from the winner of the tampa atlanta game.

Atlanta because, well, for one, I am a homer when it comes to my former town, but not only that, but Atlanta has been very strong at home as of late, while TB has been shaky on the road. Add in the fact that Simms is starting and Pinto needs an oil change, Atlanta wins by a touchdown.

I fully expect the Broncos to go out and destroy the Jets in Denver. Bollinger has been the best QB the jets have had besides Jay Fielder (ha!) with 2 TDs and 4 INTs. If he gets injured, Vinny has been horrible and should never be allowed to touch the football besides handing it to the RB. Add to the fact that this is in Denver and I see a high scoring Denver game and a low scoring Jets game.

I picked the Browns because they are playing at home, more likely to throw the ball more than run because Gus Frerotte is starting, and Miami is usually on the losing end of close contests. Add to the fact that my friend who is a hardcore Miami fan gets these picks right 80% of the time and that is why it's my 4th pick.
