Purely a math and variance question. Would you call here?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) converter

MP1 ($62.55)
MP2 ($63.62)
MP3 ($43.75)
CO ($49.15)
Hero ($55.55)
SB ($18.50)
BB ($9.94)
UTG ($55.05)
UTG+1 ($45.43)
UTG+2 ($49.90)

Preflop: Hero is Button with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
UTG calls $0.50, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+2 calls $0.50, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises to $2</font>, MP2 calls $2, MP3 calls $2, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $2, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, BB calls $9.44 (All-In), UTG folds, UTG+2 folds, MP1 calls $7.94, MP2 calls $7.94, MP3 folds, Hero...

Fold. Ummm, because the $7.94 to call is more than 10% of both MP's stacks?!? 5/10 rule?!? Does that apply here?
