Default Too fast too furious ?

PP 2/4 NL
Hero (650) button 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Various villains all with biggish stacks (300-400)

Preflop
Couple of limpers to hero who limps, SB minraises and we go back around the table.

Flop (Pot 32ish)
3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
SB leads for 8 (isnt he great), BB makes it 32 to play, CO (pretty loose guy, my notes say he religiously bets pot when he bets, and has shown down some awful rubbish when he has bet pot on flop and turn, and value bet river), calls,
Hero makes it 100 to go ... too much ? Not enough ? Anybody smooth call ?

SB folds, BB folds, loosey calls.

Turn (Pot 270 or so)
Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
loosey checks (with 170 behind), hero pushes ..

Good ? Bad ? Indifferent ? Anybody gamble by smooth callling the flop ?
