Default Play Station (NYC)

Does anyone know where Play Station is in NYC? Also, if you do know i assume your a member, any tips on how i can join. I heard the action is great, but you can't get in without a member vouching for you. Also, what happened to Wall Street? I heard someone died there? Any comments?

From New York Daily News

It's been a tough couple of weeks for the owners and players at the Wall Street poker club. After a rounder suffered a heart attack early April 15 during a hand in a no-limit cash game, the cops who arrived on the scene with EMS workers confiscated all the chips in play and brought the night's gaming activities to a halt.

According to several players involved in the ill-fated hand, the victim fell face-first from his seat onto the felt, leaving club employees panicked. According to the same sources, the club owner attempted unsuccessfully to administer CPR. The man later died at Bellvue Hospital. Unfortunately for those with money in the game, the club did not have a plan in place for collecting chips and recording how much each player was owed, leaving an unexpected bonanza for cops when they arrived on the seen.

One woman, claiming to be an employee of the club, was charged with possesion of gambling devices, according to police.

The bustling underground gaming facility, which is a favorite among stock brokers, lawyers, waiters and professional card sharks, and offers an array of limit and no-limit games, was shut down indefinetly. But after laying low for a few days, owners attempted to reopen, only to be greeted at their Orchard Street location by detectives, according to sources.

The follow-up visit from the Men in Blue gave the Wall Streeters the notion that it might be a good time to fold, but word is, the renegade rounders are looking for a new location and will be up and running again soon.

---Though it can't be worse run the AP, since AP is the worst run room ever.

edit= i cut out the hearsay about PS. Anyone who read it: I've never played there, it was 2nd hand info, and its unfair to the club for me to write that.
