What is \"the Maple\" (may be drug-related)?
I was told by my boss: "I heard from xyz that you can get me the Maple." After a few seconds of silence, he clarified: "The Chinese/Japanese drug?" I told him that he had the wrong guy, he insisted that I was the guy, and we left it at that. Good times.
The 30 seconds I spent researching this on google did not lead to an answer. So I turn now to OOT - anyone have any idea what "the Maple" may refer to?

Then, add to this an acute euphoria about life in general. Finally, twords the end, you drift off into a weird state somewhere between sleeping and being awake, except with full blown vivid dreams.
