I agree. The Gaming Club was a huge dissapointment for me. I had to nag on them to get my bonus, the spam me all the time (yes I do have it on autodelete but that does not make the spaming ok), the support has answered ZERO of my questions.

I regret signing up for them. For me they do not feel as serious of a poker room as I thought.

I requested it to neteller, which is how I deposited... over 5 days ago. I cant reverse the withdraw, emailing support would take another week before I heard anything, Ive gotten no email to confirm that they received my request... basically my money disappeared

TGC Guy? Why are cashouts being declined? Exceeded 500 hands by quite a bit, bonus was awarded afterwards. CS says terms of bonus were not met after trying to make a cash out.

Any ideas what is going on?

Yes, same exact thing happened to me this morning. Cash out declined and money somewhere in vaporland. TGC account balance was never credited with the reversal. Although the terms of the bonus were met in the first place.

I got an email from CS saying my w/d was declined and reversed back to account. It still shows as 'work in progress' though. So I don't think that means much as far as still having a chance to go through.

Seems to only mean we can't cashout and we can't play poker with it either. Not sure what is going on over there at TGC.
