[ QUOTE ]
I have zero firsthand knowledge about her, but from yesterday's posts, her MO seems to be to play veeeeerrrrrryyyyy slowly, get all her money in with the worst hand, and suck out. If you can believe the posts from here, she had a clock called on her several times yesterday. And she did appear to win some huge pots with AQ v. AK and the like.

[/ QUOTE ]

I believe she reraised a $40,000 raise all in for $1,000,000 with AQ - got called by KK and of course hit the A.

You are forgetting that both Annie Duke and Cyndy Violette won bracelets last year. And I think Kathy Liebert might have too. Didn't feel like checking - the point is that women HAVE won bracelets, and not because they're dating Phil Laak, and NOT because they were in the all-women's event.

Annie Duke specifically passed on the Ladies event to play the event that she ended up winning.

BTW - Phil Laak said he has no idea where Tilly learned to play poker, implying that he didn't teach her.

Congratulations - you missed the entire point of my post, and instead chose to launch a diatribe on the closing sentence which seemed to me when I wrote it to be very obviously facetious.

Default Her story from Gutshot (long and probably pointless)

Here's Gutshots reports on her:

Day 1a: Tiffany Williamson calls all-in on the river with pocket tens after Layne Flack (not in the hand) puts the clock on her. She scoops it and is up to $20,000. Board is 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Check, Tiffany bets 10k, gets called. Turn is 2

A few hours later: Tiffany calls a re-raise pre-flop with A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Flop is K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] She bets 2k, other guy goes all in for 10k, she gives it a think, gets the clock called on her, at 10 she calls. Turn unknown, river 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Other guy has J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Now she's at 40k. She works her way up to over 70k with AA against KK. She finishes the day in 13th with 80k.

Day 2 Tiffany Williamson Dwells on $101,200 and the wrath of her fellow players who are questioning the time she is taking to make decisions.. She keeps getting chips,
going to 170k, then up to 235k calling an all in by AK with QQ. She finishes day 2 with about 200k in 56th.

Day 3 On the button, she raises with A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and gets called by Farzad Bonyadi. Flop is is 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Check, Tiffany bets 15k, gets called. River is J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Check, she bets 20k gets called, and HHIG getting to 260k. She moves to 300k when her QQ knocks out AJ. Then comes the huge hand where she takes AQs against AKo, she makes it 30k, other guy goes all in for 300k, she thinks, clock called on her (yet again), and calls(has 320k), catching her flush on the river. She winds up the day with 440k in 43rd place.

Day 4 She moves up to 760k on a large pot against then chip leader Brad Kondracki. With 300k already in the pot, she moves in quickly on a 7Q49 board, Brad thinks and folds as she turns over 99. John Juanda is moved to her immediate left as she's in a pot. Mid position player makes it 50k to go, she thinks and gets the clock called on her, and eventually calls. Flop is 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] She thinks, then moves in and MP guy folds taking her to almost 1m. Later Juanda makes it 50k UTG, folded around to her in the BB, she makes it 105k, Juanda flat calls. Flop is 953r, she bets out 105k, Juanda thinks, then folds as she moves to 1.2m Later, She raises 25k pre flop, Juanda calls. Flop is 862 (2 clubs) she checks, Juanda makes it 120k, Tiff thinks, then moves allin, Juanda folds. Then comes the 2m hand where Terry Burt the hand before had shown KK against her KJ on a K high flop. Very next hand he makes it 36k to go, she moves allin for 1.1m with AQo, he calls in a shot with KK, two people say they folded an A, case A hits the flop. She finishes yesterday 7th, with just under 2m.

Early on she emailed a friend that Phil Ivy touched her shoulder and that she "felt the power"
