Fairly nice room but not that big. Games should be pretty fishy. I have only played there once though. Where is ventura county in relation to san diego?

You got me curious too. If it contains the city of Ventura, then halfway between LA and Santa Barbara along the ocean.

Northwest of LA county. About 3 Hours north of San Diego. Any more info on Barona?

I didn't know Viejas had a card room. Is it good? Just want to play some 2/4 to kill some time.

I play at Sycuan whenever I play live. When I used to rotate to all three major casinos in San Diego (Barona/Sycuan/Viejas) only Viejas had a 2/4 game, the rest had 3/6 and 4/8 with an occasional 6/12 game. Viejas is typically the busiest for poker in San Diego and Barona is the slowest.

Barona is the slowest? I must have went during the wrong time. The only time I ever played there, I had to wait 2 hours waiting for a 4/8 table. Ended losing quite a lot of money on blackjack while waiting!

Default Barona

Ended up at Barona. 3/6 and was pretty tight compared to Vegas (lot of pre-flop folds, but those why stayed went to the river), but it was a mid-day thursday. No drinks though.
