They Showed It -- WPT Champ. KcJc
KJs laid down against Tuan Le. There was question before if they would televise this hand.

3 left blinds are 40k/200k/400k, Tuan Le's got about 1.9M left, going all in UTG with QJo. Habib in the bb with about 10m folds KJc face up.

Fishier hand - \"I call, I mean I\'m all in...oh, I have to only call\"
I.e. - my hand is too strong to lay down, don't waste any more chips on this hand.
There seemed to be some "communication" going on in this hand and the KJs hand (when he flipped it up on the table after folding). Who knows... |

Re: They Showed It -- WPT Champ. KcJc
Hasan puts Paul in preflop, shakes Tuan's hand
"Here it is, Tuan -- we're gonna do it, man." And then, the forgetting to go over the top with the 2 pair hand. Tuan also shows more dismay than Hasan when Paul sucks out on the river, although that's to be expected considering it's a jump in payout. |

To his credit, Hasan calls Tuan's all in with 77 (Tuan has As8s).
but imagine laying that down on camera |

Re: They Showed It -- WPT Champ. KcJc
There was a LOT of talk about this situation already. Paul Phillips' (and others) posts on the subject put the story to rest for me.
But watching tonight, it sure looked bad. Based upon the fairly convincing arguments to the contrary, I will not go so far as to say that watching the episode has changed my mind. But...damn. |

[ QUOTE ]
ya the I call, I mean Im all in, oh already said call comment was kind of suspicious [/ QUOTE ] It looked like an honest mistake to me. I've made the same mistake (and much worse mistakes) plenty of times. I think a lot of people are looking too hard for any evidence of soft play or whatever and seeing things that aren't really there. |
