I also was going to mention Kasabian's self-titled debut, but I think that was also a 2004 release, even though I didn't hear it until this spring.

Surprised nobody has mentioned Out Hud's Let Us Never Speak of It Again, but it takes the top spot just edging out Cloud Cult. Here's my top 5...

1) Out Hud - Let Us Never Speak of It Again
2) Cloud Cult - Advice from the Happy Hippopotamus
3) Of Montreal - Sunlandic Twins
4) Andrew Bird - ...and the Mysterious Production of Eggs
5) The Kills - No Wow

The 5th spot could be taken by a lot, but I went for being different. I could've said Bloc Party, Beck, CYH,SY, De Novo Dahl, The Information...

And I'm done...
