It's wrong. It's cheating. Anyone who was caught intentionally doing that crap at my place would be straight out of the game, and would not be invited back.

Now, I'm not saying you have to be nice when this happens to you. You can be damn pissed that the guy won when he didn't even know what he was betting on. You can berate him for being a dumbass. But he still won. Whether you like it or not, the chips go to him.

You cheated that poor fool, plain and simple. The cards were face up before the flop - it's up to the dealer to correctly award the pot. I've never played in a game so cut-throat as to flat out cheat the winning hand out of the pot.

The fact that you 2 split the money is even more dispicable.

3 weeks ago I'm in a tourney, winner take all. I got Q-10 versus Q-2 all in last 2 players. Board is Q-2-10-2 and the guy congratulates me on my top 2 pair(guy is wasted). I point out he has full house and he won the tourney ($250). Enough said! Believe me, they guy will never live down the moment among our circle and I'll get my money back eventually the way he drinks and plays...You were so wrong I can't even believe you would post for the world to see.
