Sponger should have read Jman's post prior to playing this hand. He can't say he wasn't warned. A7o has the same number of flush draws as AA, can make a wheel like AA, can make trips like AA, however, it has an extra straight draw - thus, A7o is clearly the favorite to win this hand. This is not a bad beat.
