Default Same pocket pairs - 4 suited flop

I get dealt a pocket pair. What are the odds someone else has the same exact pp, and flops 4 of a suit to win with a flush?

Probability of EXACTLY 4 of a suit coming (not 5, which gets trickier depending on the pair and straight flushes on board):

C(12,4) * 36/C(48,5) = 1.04%
