Default 500k hand

This was PM'd to me and I guess it's discussion worthy, I dunno?

We will start with hero. Hero's got black tens UTG+2. Table is playing relatively tight now at blind levels of 100/200.

In spite of this, hero limps. Villain is the next player to act and makes it 700 (a raise of 500). Villain has played ultra aggressively in late position. He has raised from EP once before but folded to an LP push above his stack and a call. Both hero and villain have approximately 3800.

It's folded back to villain, 500 more to call. What should hero's plan be?

Discuss the pros and cons of:
-limp reraising small
-pushing
-call and seeing a flop
-fold

if you're gonna call and see a flop, what's your plan on a flop like:

- A29r
- J53 two spades
- 257 all hearts
- 678 two diamonds

Default Re: 500k hand

im not sure why we limped in the first place, but having limped, and having been raised by someone we view as "ultra aggressive," i cant imagine not pushing here. i am not dying to see a flop with TT and 2x the pot size (meaning no room to manuever).
