How bad is this river value raise?

Villain is a complete donk, 95/21/1.4. He's capped the turn and river with AJ high on a KKxx board, raised the river with low pair and called a 3 bet, bluffed the river when shown weakness 4 way first to act, peels the flop with nothing, will call down with any piece. Is this turn check good against a player who holds almost any 2? Would you call a river bet from him UI if a blank fell?

I think I would have bet the turn, hoping for a free showdown.

I think the river raise is fine. calling the three bet is up to you but after that description of him I don't know how you couldn't.

Anyone else bet the turn? If I check the turn should I be folding UI to a river bet or looking him up?

Are other people playing K8o in this spot? I would toss this in the muck without a thought.

On the river, even against this guy, I would just call because I don't think I'm good >50% of time I get called. And I don't think we're getting this guy to fold anything that beats us.
